Our ATM / Debit Card facility provides customers with convenient access to their accounts for everyday banking requirements. Customers can use their card at supported ATMs for cash withdrawals and other available ATM services without having to visit a branch for routine transactions.
The Debit Card can also be used for eligible purchases at merchant establishments and supported payment channels, providing a convenient alternative to carrying cash. Transactions are directly linked to the customer's eligible bank account and are subject to the available account balance, transaction limits and applicable banking rules.
Customers are advised to keep their card, PIN, OTP and other banking credentials confidential at all times and immediately report any lost card, suspected misuse or unauthorised transaction to the Bank.

Use Your Card Securely
Never share your ATM PIN, OTP, CVV, MPIN or other confidential banking information with anyone. Bank officials will never ask customers to disclose confidential passwords, PINs or OTPs.
Lost or Misplaced Your Card?
If your ATM / Debit Card is lost, stolen or you notice any suspicious or unauthorised transaction, contact the Bank immediately and request the card to be blocked to prevent further unauthorised usage.
Important Card Safety Tips
Keep your card in a secure place, memorise your PIN instead of writing it on the card, cover the keypad while entering your PIN at an ATM or payment terminal, and always verify transaction alerts received on your registered mobile number.
